Toy an horse
Toy an Horse is a two-headed wooden horse that was originally created to sit on the US international border with Mexico (inSITE '97) with one head pointing North and the other pointing South. The presence of this large-scale sculpture raises questions about the actual and perceived relationships between the two countries. Its size and design are a direct reference to the Trojan Horse, yet in this version, elements such as transparency reference a mutual exchange and/or an invasion occurring between the two countries.
