What are two things that float, pop and make everyone smile? Balloons and bubbles! NCM has planned a full day of fun with both on Saturday, May 15. Roll up your sleeves for a water balloon toss, and start practicing now for the bubble gum blowing contest! Create your own balloon animals, make bubbles in the park, and enter the balloon raffle for your chance to win a free birthday party. A perfect day for the entire family, with activities for kids of all ages:
