Now you can help support two great organizations at the same time!
The New Children’s Museum has developed a unique, high-value Community Fundraising Program that provides an opportunity for your PTA or community group to raise needed funds while providing your families and children with access to meaningful art experiences and education.
- Your PTA or community group offers Museum memberships and guest passes to its families. Families can purchase any of the following, using our online registration form or a paper form:
Annual Family Membership, $85
Free admission for one year for the entire family
Family Day Package, $40
Four single-day guest passes to the Museum and a free parking pass
Guest Passes, $10 each
Entry for one individual to the Museum for the day
- After completing your fundraising program, you just send all of the completed paper registration forms to the Museum, and we handle the rest. We will process all registrations, paper and online, and send families their membership cards or guest passes directly.
- That’s it—then we send your PTA or community group a check for 50% of all sales!
The New Children’s Museum provides everything your organization needs to make this program a success.

We provide a variety of materials, including flyers and forms, to help you promote the fundraising program to your families. Click here for details.
You can conduct your Community Fundraising Program at any time during the year. We recommend that you schedule a two- or three-week selling period as fundraising programs seem to work best when they are promoted over a shorter period of time, and parents are encouraged to act quickly.
The winning classroom at your school or top selling organization receives a free NCM Field Trip. If 20% of the families at your school or organization participate, we’ll designate a day when all families can come to the Museum for FREE!
